Gluing Unit with Pre-Melt
Top-mounted 5kg pre-melter feeds a 2kg lower pot with dual digital temperature control for precise, waste-free glue application.
Pressing Group
Four chrome steel rollers with individual pressure gauges deliver uniform adhesion — including a driven first roller and tapered idle rollers to close the glue gap.
End Trim Unit
Dual-motor configuration trims edge banding flush with the panel ends for a clean, precise cut every cycle.
Fine Trimming Device
Two independent 0.7kW motors running at 18,000 RPM with Z4 flat profile tooling for smooth top and bottom edge trimming.
Profile Scraper Unit
Cast iron solid-base scraper removes residual material and corrects minor milling marks for a refined edge finish.
Buffing Station
Dual buffing wheels with resistant cloth, powered by two dedicated motors, deliver a polished, production-ready finish.
