The KG-268JSA packs ten processing stations — including pre-milling, corner rounding, and glue scraping — into a machine under 14 feet long. Diamond pre-milling cutters prepare the panel edge before the pre-melt gluing system applies EVA/PUR adhesive with automatic roller cleaning. Fine trimming, radius scraping, and a dedicated glue scraping station deliver a polished, production-ready edge. The intuitive touchscreen control makes operation straightforward with no special training required.

From pre-milling to buffing, every station works in sequence to deliver a finished, production-ready edge in a single pass through the machine.
Pre-Milling
Two high-frequency motors with 60mm diamond cutters remove scoring saw steps and panel edge chips before gluing for a tight bond.
Pre-Heating
Infrared lamp heats the panel end face before gluing, improving adhesion quality and ensuring stronger edge banding bond.
Pre-Melt Gluing
Automatic upper glue pot for EVA/PUR with measured dosing, viewing window, and automatic roller cleaning. Glue does not overheat during downtime.
Pressure Rollers
Three pneumatic-driven rollers provide even pressure distribution. Heavy-duty pre-cutting knife handles thick edges with built-in glue cleaning.
End Trimming
Two high-frequency motors on linear guides with automatic lubrication. Adjustable trimming angles of 2° and 15° from the control panel.
Fine Trimming
Two high-frequency motors with radius cutters for 0.4–3mm edge material. Large-area floating copiers prevent marks on delicate surfaces.
Corner Trimming
Two high-speed motors for corner rounding, running reliably at 8 m/min feed speed for clean, rounded edge transitions.
Scraping
Two carbide radius knives remove the kinematic wave from milling, producing a smooth surface. Built-in chip separation keeps the workpiece clean.
Glue Scraping
Four carbide straight knives process the edge-panel joint, removing excess glue and micro-roughness at the bonding seam.
Buffing
Polishing unit removes remaining glue residue and delivers a clean, polished finish to the edge surface.
