The Prisma SPT is a rear-loading industrial panel saw designed for demanding production environments. A 30 HP main saw motor powers through full stacks at speeds up to 170 m/min, while the servo-driven pusher with 8 grippers delivers repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm. The G-Vision XP controller running Windows 11 provides intuitive cut optimization, label printing, and real-time diagnostics on a 22″ industrial touchscreen. Free lifetime remote diagnostics and phone support keep your line running.

Lift Table
3800 x 2200mm platform with 800mm stroke, motorized roller groups, and left/right loading for continuous stack feeding at 1 m/min.
Air Tables
Four 2000 x 510mm floating air tables at 1100mm working height with movable table for effortless panel positioning and offloading.
Double Side Aligner
Frame-mounted rubberized roller system with motorized drive. Simultaneous alignment from 60mm to 2200mm for precise panel registration.
Front Aligner
Three pneumatic aligners ensure panels are squared and flush against the front fence before every cut cycle.
Saw Carriage
Prisma-style steel carriage on Ø35 precision guides with 5 rollers, belt-driven servo motor, automatic positioning, and G-Lock quick blade change.
Servo Pusher
8-gripper rack & pinion pusher with servo motor. Feed speed 5–40 m/min, return at 80 m/min, and ±0.2mm positioning accuracy.
Pressure Beam
Double-structure pneumatic pressure beam with mechanical closed channel for improved dust collection and secure stack clamping.
G-Vision XP Controller
Industrial PC with 22″ touchscreen running Windows 11. Cut optimization, label printing, and free lifetime remote diagnostics included.
