The Matic SP H90 is a front-loading beam saw built for shops that need professional-grade panel processing without the rear-loading footprint. A 20 HP main motor drives the Ø380mm blade through stacks at speeds up to 100 m/min, while the servo-driven 9-gripper pusher delivers ±0.2mm positioning accuracy across a 2900mm pusher length. The G-Vision XP controller running on Windows with a 20″ industrial display provides intuitive cut optimization and label printing. Free lifetime remote diagnostics and phone support are included from day one.

Dual Side Aligner
Motorized dual-alignment system with simultaneous positioning from 40mm to 2200mm — squares every panel before the cut.
Saw Carriage
Belt-driven servo carriage on Ø35 precision steel guides with four 90mm rollers, automatic positioning, and external scoring blade adjustment.
Servo Pusher
9-gripper rack & pinion pusher driven by servo motor. Feed speed 5–25 m/min, return at 80 m/min, with ±0.2mm positioning accuracy.
Single Pressure Beam
Single-structure pressure beam with gravity-assisted, exhaust-enhanced gap closure system for clean dust extraction and stack security.
G-Lock Quick Change
G-Lock quick blade change system pairs with automatic saw height control for fast, repeatable blade swaps and consistent cut quality.
